摘要
胺溶液发泡是困扰装置正常操作的难题之一,发泡造成吸收液大量损失,严重时会影响装置的平稳运行。运用灰色关联分析法,对胺液发泡进行多因素分析,得到影响发泡的主要及次要因素。该方法计算简单、对数据量要求不高,为溶液发泡的预防及采取控制措施具有指导意义。
Foaming amine solution is a troubled unit normal operation of the problem,causing the foam to absorb a lot of liquid loss,severely affect the smooth operation of the device.In order to analyze the impact of various factors on the amine foam,we carry out gray relational analysis,liquid foaming amine multivariate analysis,primary and secondary factors foam.This method is simple without the requirement of the amount of data and high foaming solu-tion for prevention and control measures instructive.
