资源联盟协同育人——对甘肃省职业教育集团化办学的思考

Education Pattern on the Basis of Educational Resource Alliance-Reflections on the Education Pattern of Vocational Education Alliance in Gansu Province

通过分析甘肃省职业教育集团办学中存在的问题,提出了相应的建议:服务产业转型升级,加快组建职教集团;积极探索集团治理结构,加快推进运行机制创新;完善集团组织管理体系,加快促进校企深度融合;发挥行业优势,构建产学研结合新平台;学习借鉴,改革创新力度。

This paper tries to put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures through analyzing the cur-rent shortcomings in the educating process of the present vocational education alliance.Those suggestions and coun-termeasures are as follows,speeding up the foundation of vocational education alliance,actively exploring better op-eration models and innovating operational mechanism,improving management regulations,deepening the coopera-tion between colleges and enterprises,constructing a better connection platform for production,learning and teach-ing,and building a better communication channel for mutual learning and reference.
