模块教学方式在基层医院CCU专科护士培训中的应用

Application of module teaching method in CCU specialist nurse training in primary hospitals

[目的]探讨基层医院冠心病监护病房(CCU)专科护士培训方法和效果,进一步提高教学质量。[方法]对26名心血管内科工作两年以上的护士进行CCU护士培训,聘请院内外专家给予理论授课6个月240学时,之后在CCU和重症监护病房(ICU)各轮转3个月。采用边工作边学习、自学与集中授课、案例教学法、床边教学法、亚专业课程的主修和辅修等相结合的教学模式,着力培养学生的自学能力和独立分析问题、解决问题的能力,并加强了学生科研能力的培养,1年后进行效果评价。[结果]实施CCU专科护士培养后,CCU专科护士的理论、操作考核成绩均显著提高(P<0.01),培训后综合能力自评满意度均显著提高。[结论]基层医院CCU专科护士培训中实施模块式教学具有可行性,能较好地提高CCU专科护士的综合素质,但受训护士的护理科研能力相对薄弱,应根据需求开展有效可行的护理科研规范化培训。

Objective：To probe into the methods and effect of CCU specialist nurses training in primary hospitals,and to improve the quality of teaching further.Methods：CCU nurses training was carried out for 26 nurses working in department of cardiovascular internal medicine for more than two years,the experts inside and outside the hospital were employed to give theoretical teaching 240 hours for 6months and then all of them rotated for 3months in ICU and CCU.The combination of learning while working,self-learning and focusing on teaching,case teaching method,bedside teaching method,major and minor of sub professional curriculum and other teaching mode,to focus on cultivating the students＇ self-learning ability and independent analysis problem and solving ability,and strengthen the cultivation of students＇ scientific research ability,the effect was evaluated after 1year.Results：After training of CCU specialist nurses,the theory and operation examination of CCU nurses were significantly improved（P〈0.01）,and the degree of satisfaction of comprehensive ability was significantly improved after training.Conclusion：To implement modular instruction in CCU specialist nurse training in primary hospitals is feasible,can better improve the comprehensive quality of CCU specialist nurses.But the trained nurses＇ nursing research capacity is relatively weak,and the effective and feasible nursing research standardized training should be carried out according to the demand.
