外商投资是促进经济发展的重要手段。课题组通过对甘肃省平凉市近年来外商投资企业发展缓慢且存续周期短的现象进行了专题研究,剖析影响经济欠发达地区外商投资企业发展的因素,提出树立科学的招商引资观念、优化投资软环境、加强对外商资信的审核和建立有效的监测机制等措施,以期推动欠发达地区经济健康发展。

The foreign investment is an important means of promoting the economic development. The research group studies the situation of the slow development and the short survival cycle of the foreign investment enterprises in recent years in Pingliang city of Gansu province, analyzes the factors that influence the development of the foreign investment enterprises in economic less developed areas, puts forward some countermeasures such as setting up the scientific concept of the investment, optimizing the soft environment of the investment, strengthening the audit of the foreign credit and establishing the effective monitoring mechanism in order to promote the healthy development of the economy in the less developed areas.
