试论大学生人文素质的教育和培养

Discussion on the Education and Training of College Students' Humanistic Quality

加强大学生人文素质教育和培养,有助于大学生综合素质的提高,有助于纠正大学只重视科技教育忽视人文教育的倾向,有助于改变大学生人文素质低下的状况,因此,要通过开设人文素质教育课程、在专业教学中渗透人文精神、鼓励学生自主阅读、向先进人物学习、通过社会实践活动培育人文精神、加强校园环境建设与开展校园文化活动以及引导学生发扬"慎独"精神,经常进行自我反省等途径和办法来对大学生进行人文素质教育和培养。

Strengthening the education and training of college students＇ humanistic quality is good to improve the overall quality,correct the inclination of emphasizing the science education but ignoring the humanistic education and change the condition of lower quality. Therefore,college students can be educated and trained from the different aspects such as penetrating the humanistic spirit in the professional teaching,encouraging students reading by themselves,learning from advanced individuals,training humanistic spirit in the practical activities,improving the construction of campus environment and self- examining frequently.
