摘要
我国城镇垃圾分类不清,垃圾分类质量较低。这现状导致压缩垃圾车压缩过程中滑轨容易变形,导致填塞器损坏,无法有效压缩垃圾。为避免滑轨及填塞器局部应力过大,本文通过研究对液压系统进行优化设计,在压缩油缸无杆腔进油口处增加了压力继电器,可有效减少固体垃圾对填塞器的损坏,延长填塞器使用寿命。
The classification of urban garbage in China is unclear. So the Compressing garbage easily leads to deformation of the filling- machine of the compressed- garbage- truck. For avoiding partial pressure,the electro- hydraulic control system optimization design is studied in the paper. A pressure relay is installed at the oil entrance of the compression cylinder without rod cavity to reduce the damage of solid garbage on packers and to extend the service life.
