摘要
建设一支政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正、专兼结合、结构合理的辅导员队伍,就需要加强辅导员工作考核与激励机制建设。文章对我院辅导员的考核与激励机制的现状及存在的不足进行分析,提出了进一步完善辅导员工作考核与激励机制的对策与建议。
It's necessary to strengthen the counselor performance evaluation and incentive mechanism construction in order to build a team with strict discipline,upright style and reasonable structure. The author analyzed the problems existing in the counselor performance evaluation and incentive mechanism and put forward some suggestions to improve them.
