摘要
针对医院实行的收支结余计提奖金分配模式本身存在的不合理性,已不适应医院管理的需要。进行绩效分配改革,建立以预算为基础,以工作数量为主线,以质量、安全、行风考核为抓手的绩效分配模式,将分配由与收入挂钩转变为与工作数量和工作质量挂钩,充分体现效率优先、优绩优酬、兼顾公平的分配。
The past distribution mode is not reasonable in hospitals and can not meet the need of the management. Based on the budget and taking the workload as the main line,the performance distribution is combining the load and the quality of work instead of earnings to show the priority for efficiency,good pay with excellent performance and consideration to fairness.
