摘要
导师队伍的素质,决定着高层次创新型研究生的质量。从对高层次创新型研究生教育的引导、延续和升华等方面深入分析了导师在研究生教育中的作用,探讨了导师队伍建设存在的问题,在此基础上,针对我国建设自主创新型国家的国情,提出了加强导师队伍建设的对策建议。
The teams of academic advisors are the key factor to the high level innovation talented postgraduate. In this paper, we analyze the academic advisors＇ function of educating the postgraduates and the existing problem in the construction on academic advisors though the process of guiding, continuing and subliming. According to the result from analyzing the period of constructing innovative country, The paper puts forward the the construction on academic advisers.
