人口生态视域下浙南青田跨国流动人口探析

An Approach to the Transnational Floating Population of Qingtian County in the View of Population Ecology

运用人口生态理论,对浙南青田地区跨国人口流动的典型案例进行长时段的个案考察可以发现,该地域人口生存的自然与社会生态环境,推动了人口跨国向海外流动寻求生存之路,其数量与规模大致经历了"出国萌芽——出国高潮——出国低谷——出国繁盛"变迁的轨迹;随着青田地域与海外各国境况的变迁,青田跨国流动的人口结构也发生着不同程度的变化,其性别结构、年龄结构、知识结构以及职业结构逐步趋于合理,有利于实现青田跨国流动人口群体的生态平衡与整体素质的提升;青田地域跨国流动人口对政治、经济、文化等层面之影响,体现了人口生态系统的和谐,发挥了"以侨为桥"的现实作用,同时也促进了该地区人口移民在海外的壮大与持续发展。

The article is an investigation on the typical cases of transnational population movements for a long period in Qingtian by using the theory of population ecology. It can be found that the natural and social ecological environment of the area have promoted the population transnational flow to seek survival road. The population quantity experiences the change track of ＂bud-high tide-prosperity＂. Different degrees of change in the population structure take place as the circumstances change of Qingtian region and overseas countries. The structure in sex, age, knowledge and profession gradually becomes more reasonable, which is advantageous to realize the ecological balance and the ascent of the whole quality. The influence on the political, economic, cultural and other aspects, embodies the harmony of population ecological system and has played a role of bridge for overseas Chinese reality role, meanwhile it has promoted the expansion and sustainable deve｜op- ment of the region＇s overseas population.
