大倾角带式输送机的优化设计及在西藏某选矿厂的应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 针对西藏某铜钼矿选矿厂磨矿分级系统存在的实际问题,通过优化设计并应用大倾角带式输送机与永磁铁除碎球技术相结合,有效解决了该选矿厂球磨机排出块矿与碎球的提升与去除问题,并提高了球磨机台时处理量,降低了人工劳动强度及生产成本,杜绝选矿厂安全隐患。经初步经济效益估算,大倾角带式输送机的优化设计及应用可每年为该选矿厂增加产值819.72万元,节约选矿成本129.02万元。 In view of the problem existed in a copper molybdenum ore grind grading system in Tibet,through the optimal design and application of the large dip belt conveyor and permanent magnet ball remove technology,the ball mill machine discharge ore block and crushed ball lifting and removal problems were effectively solved,and the mill processing capacity improved,the labor intensity and production cost reduced,the hidden trouble of ore dressing plant eliminated. The optimal design and application of the large dip belt conveyor can increase the output value of 8197200 yuan annually and save mineral concentration by 1290200 yuan per year.
