某铅锌金银多金属矿综合回收选矿试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对某铅、锌、金、银多金属矿,矿石结构复杂难选的特点,进行了原矿性质分析、浮选药剂筛选、工艺流程结构和工艺参数的确定及闭路实验等研究,成功实现了铅锌分离,达到了铅、锌、金、银综合回收的目的,获得了铅精矿中铅回收率90.23%,金回收率为60.35%,银回收率60.87%,铅品位53.55%;锌精矿中锌回收率90.96%,锌品位52.32%的理想技术指标。 A lead,zinc,gold,silver polymetallic ore with refractory ore complex structure characteristics was analyzed on ore properties,flotation reagent screening,process flow parameters and closed-circuit experiments were studied. Successful separation of lead and zinc was implemented while lead,zinc,gold,silver were comprehensive recovered. Lead concentrate gained the recovery of lead 90. 23%,gold 60. 35%,silver 60. 87%,with lead grade of 53. 55%; Recovery of zinc concentrate is 90. 96%,with zinc grade of 52. 32%.
