摘要
塞拉利昂矿具有低硅、高铝、粒度粗、烧损大等特点,属于难烧矿种,在烧结配加会造成烧结矿质量下降、固体燃耗上升。通过开发高负压烧结工艺,改进布料方式,采用低负压点火技术,进行熔剂结构优化等,济钢烧结塞拉利昂矿配加比例最高达到了45%,烧结矿质量没有大幅度下滑,固体燃耗下降,降低成本效果显著。
Sierra Leone mine has the characteristics of low SiO2, high A1203, coarse grain size, high fever, etc. it belongs to a hard-to-sintered minerals. The sinter quality can decrease and the solid fuel consumption will increase. Through the de- velopment of high vacuum sintering process and improved fabric, using low vacuum pressure ignition technology and flux structure optimization, sintering ore blending with the highest proportion of Sierra Leone reached 45%. The quality of the sinter was not significantly decreased, the solid fuel consumption decreased, and the reduction of the cost was significant.
