摘要
针对烧结机抽风面积较小,烧结机生产波动幅度较大,烧结矿返矿率居高不下的现象,通过调整混合机、造球机工艺参数,调整原燃料熔剂配比、优化烧结机布料系统及操作等措施,烧结返矿率由24.9%降低到18.6%,给公司炼铁生产创造了良好的外部条件。
For sintering machine suction area smaller,sintering machine production fluctuations larger,sinter back phenomenon of a high rate of mine,through measures to adjust the mixing machine,pelletizer process parameters,adjust ratio of raw fuel and flux,optimization of sintering machine distributing system and operation etc.,sintering and returning ore rate reduced by 24. 9% to 18. 6%,create favorable external conditions for ironmaking production company.
