The article briefly introduces the definition of standardization and process-oriented hospital project management; introduces the standardization of documents and archives, Routing of each section of engineering, standardization of construction technology and construction quality, and standardization of evaluation system; the application of standardization in hospital project management; summarizes experience learnt from the practice.
