摘要
中药材的干燥不同于其他物料,温度的稳定控制是保证药材的性味与有效成分的关键因素;此处提出的控制系统综合PID控制与模糊控制的优点,提高了控制系统稳定性和调节的平稳性;系统仿真结果表明,温度系统抗干扰性和鲁棒性强,超调量小.
Chinese medicinal materials drying is different from other material traditional drying method.Stability control of temperature is the key factor to ensure the medicine taste and effective component. Temperature control system comprehensive advantages of PID control and fuzzy control. To improve the control system stability and smooth adjustment. Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control system has strong anti interference capacity,good robust stability and small overshoot.
