中厚板ADCO快冷系统由法国Kvaerner clecim公司研制,至今该套系统全世界有四家使用,中国仅此一家。ADCO是气雾式冷却,即通过高压风把水雾化,在上下组件之间形成汽雾,来对钢板进行冷却。这种冷却方式的优点是冷却均匀,可调范围广;目前ADCO控冷系统的研究主要集中工艺上,很少对设备结构及应用上进行分析;本文主要是对ADCO快冷的重点对结构及应用结果进行分析,通过解析,期望对其发展有所推动。

The plate ADCO fast cooling system is developed by the French Kvaerner clec- im company, and there are four companies have been using this set of system around the world, and only one in China. ADCO is aerosol type cooling, that is to cool the plate by steam fog forms between components after the water atomization. The advantage of this way of cooling is uniform cooling and the adjustable range is extensive. The analysis on ADCO control cooling system mainly concentrated on the technology, rarely on the equipment structure and applica- tion. The paper focuses on the structure and application results to analyze and expects to pro- mote its development.
