为了保证电力系统安全经济运行,必须对电力设备的运行情况进行监视和测量。但一般的测量和保护装置不能直接接入一次高压设备,而需要将一次系统的高电压和大电流按比例变换成低电压和小电流,供给测量仪表和保护装置使用。所以选择电流互感器时,必须进行动热稳定的校验。

In order to ensure the safe and economic operation of power system, the opera- tion condition of electric power equipment should be monitored and measured. But the general access measurement and protection device can not measure the high voltage equipment directly, and needs to transform its high voltage and large current to low voltage and small current to use. Thus, when selecting the current transformer, the dynamic thermal stability must be checked.
