金砖国家环境合作现状的思考

Status Quo and Problems on the Collaboration of BRICS in the Field of Environmental Protection

以往的研究主要关注金砖国家中的双边环境合作,或者关注金砖国家之间的新能源合作、气候变化治理合作,而金砖五国之间的环境合作则仍在推进之中,相应的研究正在跟进。结合金砖国家环境合作的现状,探讨加强金砖国家环境合作的办法。

In the past, the researches on the environmental protection cooperation of BRICS focus on bilateral ones, or focus on the cooperation in the field of new energy or climate change governance. However, the envi- ronmental protection cooperation among BRICS is developing step by step and put new impetus in research. In the future, the environmental protection cooperation among BRICS will integrate or deepen the cooperation in the field of new energy and climate change as well as finance. The regime of the environmental protection co- operation among BRICS will include the mechanism of dialogue and policy coordination as well as financial and technical support.
