基于ISO26000的国企改革新思路

在经济体制改革逐步深入的背景下,社会责任在资源优化配置过程中的地位进一步提升,十八届三中全会将承担社会责任列为国企改革的六大重点内容之一,对国企改革提出了新的要求。文章在分析新一轮国企改革目标与内容、国企加强社会责任建设意义及ISO26000对国企改革影响的基础上,基于ISO26000探索国企改革新思路,全面推进国企社会责任建设,提升企业竞争力。

With the gradual deepening of economic reform, the importance of CSR （ corporate social responsi- bility） in the resources allocation has further enhanced, CSR has been listed as one of the six key points of the SOE reform （state- owned enterprise reform） in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Com- mittee, it proposed new requirements for the SOE reform. This paper firstly analyzes the objectives, contents , the ISO 26000＇ s influence of the SOE reform and the significance of promoting the state owed enterprises＇ construction of CSR , then, explores new idea on the basis of ISO 26000, to promote state - owned enterpri- ses＇ CSR standard comprehensively and Enhance their competitiveness.
