静脉溶栓对急性脑梗死患者氧化应激及神经功能的影响 被引量：14

摘要 急性脑梗死是脑血管病中最常见的类型,占60％～80％,病死率为10％ ～ 15％,较高的致残率严重影响着患者及其家庭生活质量,静脉溶栓是急性脑梗死最重要且有效的治疗手段,脑血管病多项防治指南均推荐发病4.5h内应用阿替普酶即重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（rt-PA）来治疗急性脑梗死.
