吉兰-巴雷综合征伴不典型Bickerstaff脑干脑炎一例 被引量：1

摘要 吉兰-巴雷综合征（GBS）是神经系统常见的自身免疫性疾病,但表现为闭锁综合征（LIS）的GBS较少见,而关于此类患者是否伴随中枢神经系统病变,仍有争议.我院近来收治了GBS伴不典型Bickerstaff脑干脑炎（BBE）1例,临床表现为不完全性LIS,报道如下.
