学习记忆回路突触后可塑性机制最新研究进展

摘要 以认知功能障碍为主要临床特征的神经退行性疾病,突触数量减少是其主要的神经病理改变之一.大脑是由突触相互连接的神经元网络形成的,突触连接是运动神经元内连接的基本特征.长期活性依赖性突触可塑性转化可促使细胞相关的记忆性学习形成,突触长期适应性转化是大脑信息存储的细胞基础,兴奋性神经传递长时程增强(LTP)及长时程抑制(LTD)已经被广泛研究,各种研究均体现了这种过程在学习和记忆中扮演着关键角色.
