摘要
目的对垂直距离改变的患者进行固定义齿或可摘义齿咬合重建修复,观察两种修复方法对患者咀嚼效率的影响。方法法25例咬合重建患者,其中可摘义齿修复组15例,固定义齿修复组10例,对两组修复前,修复1月、修复6月咀嚼效率的改变进行测量,对比观察。结果两组修复后咀嚼效率均提高;固定修复组1月、6月后咀嚼效率的改变高于可摘义齿修复组。结论结论固定义齿修复进行咬合重建获得更好的咀嚼效率。
Purpose Occlusal reconstruction using fixed denture and removable denture for patients with wrong vertical distance to observe the two ways on masticatory efficiency.Method 25 cases of occlusal reconstruction patients, including 15 cases of removable denture group, 10 cases of fixed denture group. Compare the masticatory efficiency changes of two groups in before prosthesis,1 month after prosthesis, 1 month after prosthesis.Result The masticatory efficiency changes of two groups were increased; The masticatory efficiency changes of fixed denture group were more than removable denture group.Conclusion Way of fixed denture for occlusal reconstruction get higher masticatory efficiency.
