能全力支持老年脑血管意外患者的应用与护理

Application and care of elderly patients with cerebrovascular accident in support of enteral nutritional suspension

目的：探讨整蛋白纤维型肠内营养混悬液能全力肠内营养支持对老年脑血管意外患者的应用效果及护理的有效方法。方法选择我院2010年5月～2013年5月在神经内科住院的老年脑血管意外患者100例，分为研究组和对照组，每组各50例。在常规治疗及胃肠管饲普通流质热量相同情况下，研究组应用能全力1000mL，对照组静脉输液补充能量；同时住院期间给予宣教护理。对比两组第1天与第20天的营养指标，住院时间，胃肠并发症发生情况。结果两组第1天营养指标差别不明显，研究组第20天营养指标值较对照组理想，研究组住院时间短于对照组，研究组胃肠并发症较对照组明显降低。统计学数据显示P〈0.05。结论老年脑血管意外患者肠内营养能全力支持并给予宣教护理，使患者得到理想地营养支持，缩短住院时间，降低胃肠并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the application effect and effective methods of care in enteral nutritional suspension of the whole protein fiber type which supported in elderly patients with cerebrovascular accident. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with cerebrovascular accident were selected in the Department of Neurology from May 2010 to May 2013 , divided into study group and the control group which included 50 cases in each group. In the same calorie case in conventional treatment and gastrointestinal tube feeding ordinary liquid,the study group were fed 1000mL enteral nutritional suspension, the control group were used intravenous fluids to replenish their energy; at the same time they were given the knowledge of missionary care in hospital. The two groups were compared with nutrition indexes , the time in hospital, gastrointestinal complications from the1st day to the 20th day.Results On the first day the differences of nutrition indexes were not obvious in two groups, while on the 20th day nutritional indexes in the study group were better than the control group and hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than the control group, gastrointestinal complications in the study group was significantly lower than the control group. The statistical data showed that P 〈0.05.Conclusion Elderly patients with cerebrovascular accident are given nutrison enteral nutrition and missionary care, so they can get the ideal nutritional support, shorter hospital stays and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal complications.
