综合利用可燃废弃物作为替代燃料,已成为当代水泥工业利废环保、节能降耗的发展趋势。中国中材国际(南京)在其总包的沙特CCC项目中,实施了废弃轮胎切片替代部分分解炉燃料的改造工程。简述了废弃轮胎的化学组成和特性,以及该废弃轮胎利用项目的总体方案,详细介绍了其工艺设计特点。该项目是中国中材国际(南京)首次将回转窑协同处理废弃轮胎在海外项目中的应用,也标志着回转窑协同处理技术的多样化拓展。
Comprehensive utilization of combustible waste as substitute fuel has become a trend of environmental protection, saving energy and reducing consumption in modern cement industry. Sinoma International Engineering Co.,Ltd. (Nanjing) implements the waste tire slice instead of fuel partial for calciner in reconstruction project of Saudi CCC. Summarize chemical composition and charac- teristics of discarded tires ,the overall scheme of the project of discarded tires using and introduce the features of process design in de- tail.The project is the first time that Sinoma applies rotary kiln collaborated with discarded tires to overseas project, and it also means diversified development of collaborative processing technology of of rotary kiln.
