摘要
随着世界范围内燃料的日趋紧张,在高耗能的水泥生产中采用石油焦为燃料具有很大的市场前景和现实意义。以5000t/d水泥熟料生产线焦粉制备系统为例,介绍了其工艺设备的选型分析和计算,对采用石油焦煅烧水泥熟料的技术措施进行了简要总结。
With the growing tension of fuel in the world, the petroleum coke used in high energy consumption of cement production has great market prospects and practical significance. With 50000 t/d cement clinker production line of coke powder preparation system as an example, this paper introduces the analysis and calculation of the process and equipment selection, the technical measures of using petroleum coke in calcining cement clinker are briefly summarized.
