摘要
天瑞集团临汝水泥公司2500t/d熟料生产线原料粉磨采用Φ4.60m×(10+3.5)m中卸烘干磨系统,由于原料易磨性差,系统电耗达22k Wh/t,且生料产量(2000t/h)不能满足窑的需要,决定将球磨机系统技改为辊压机终粉磨系统。介绍了具体改造方案及改造实施和调试运行。改后吨生料电耗下降了70k Wh,台时产量提高了300t,改造效果较好。
Tianrui Group Linru Cement Co.,Ltd. adopted 04.6 mx(10+3.5) m central discharge mill in the raw material grinding sys- tem of their 2 500 t/d cement clinker production line, as the poor grindability of raw material, the system power consumption was up to 22 kWh/t and the output of meal (200 t/h) couldn't meet the need of kiln, so they decided to alter the ball mill system to roller press fin- ishing grinding system. The implementation and debugging of the reform program are introduced in this paper. And after the aheration, the raw material power consumption dropped by 7 kWh and the output increased 30 t/h, the transformation effect is good.
