安阳中联5 000 t/d熟料水泥生产线调试及生产遇到了各种各样的设备问题,如石灰石定量给料机环形皮带块状撕裂,桥式刮板取料机故障及跑偏,立磨密封风压低等等,详细分析了各问题产生的原因,给出了各自的解决方案。
The commission and production of China United Cement Anyang 5 000 t/d cement clinker line encountered various prob- lems about equipments, such as the ring belt of constant-weight feeder of limestone tears in clumps, the bridge-type scraping reclaim- er faults and drifts, the wind pressurevertical mill seal is low, and so on. The causes of the problems are analyzed in detail and solu- tions are given.
