摘要
针对测定水泥水化热的溶解热法,通过引入"烧失量",并在温度控制、破型时间、温度计晃动和水化热计算方面提高水泥水化热的测定准确性。试验结果表明:(1)称取三份试样进行灼烧试验,成功的概率更大;(2)烧失量的引入既保证了称样的速度,又实现了试验的精度;(3)利用基准法,单筒溶解热测定仪或双筒溶解热测定仪中的一个筒来测定是可行的。
Based on measuring cement hydration heat by heat of solution method,Increase the accuracy of measuring cement hydration heat by ignition loss, and some experience about temperature control, time of breaking sample, thermometer shaking and the calculation of hydration heat .The result shows :( 1 ) Weighing three samples to burning test has bigger probability of success; (2) The introduction of ignition loss not only ensures the speed of weighing the sample,but also realizes the accuracy; (3)Using the method of standard method, one of solution heat meter whether monocular or binocular to measure is feasible.
