湿地真菌Talaromyces flavus中2个新的聚酯类化合物 被引量:4

Two new polyesters from wetland soil-derived fungus Talaromyces flavus

摘要 从一株蓝状菌属真菌Talaromyces flavus(No.BYD07-13)固体发酵物中分离得到了2个聚酯类新化合物talapolyesters G^H(1~2),采用质谱和核磁共振谱确定了它们的结构。化合物1~2的绝对构型是通过碱水解确定。对化合物1~2还评价对5株肿瘤细胞(HL-60,SMMC-7721,A-549,MCF-7,SW480)的生长抑制活性。 Two new polyesters,talapolyesters G-H( 1-2) were isolated from the wetland soil-derived fungus Talaromyces flavus BYD07-13,and their structures were determined by NMR and MS spectroscopic data. The absolute configurations of the residues were determined by alkaline hydrolysis. The cytotoxicity against five tumor cell lines( HL-60,SMMC-7721,A-549,MCF-7 and SW480) of1-2 was examined.
