Experiences of Professor YU Rencun in Treating Pancreatic Cancer

介绍郁仁存治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床经验,认为胰腺癌是由于脏腑生理功能紊乱导致瘀血、痰湿等病理产物最终聚而成积发病。分为肝气郁滞型、肝胆湿热型、肝郁血瘀型、中虚湿阻型辨证治疗,强调通过中医中药与放疗、化疗、高强度超声聚焦等西医治疗手段相结合,采取积极的个体化治疗。

This article introduces clinical experiences of Prof. YU Rencun in treating advanced pancreatic cancer.Prof. YU Rencun thinks that pancreatic cancer is due to disorder of Zang-fu physiological function which causes pathological products,including blood stasis,phlegm-damp,etc.,and those products finally gather to stasis. Pancreatic cancer is divided into liver-Qi stasis type,liver and gallbladder damp-heat type,liver depression to blood stasis type,middle deficiency and damp obstruction to be treated based on syndrome differentiation. Prof. YU Rencun emphasizes that active individualized treatment should be given by TCM therapy combined with western medicine therapy including radiotherapy,chemotherapy,high intensity focused ultrasound,etc.
