摘要 [目的]了解黑尾近红鲌的遗传特性。[方法]采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳,对黑尾近红鲌肝、肾、心、脑、肌和眼6种组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、酯酶(EST)及苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)进行电泳分析。[结果]LDH-B4在心脏和脑中优势表达,LDH-A4在肌肉中优势表达,而LDH-C只在肝脏中检测到;EST在肾、心、肝中活性较强,其中脑和肝组织有6条带,肾组织有5条带;m-MDH在心脏中表现为典型的二聚体2条酶带,s-MDH在所分析的6种组织都有分布。[结论]黑尾近红鲌6种组织中3种同工酶酶带的组成及活性均有所不同,表现出较明显的组织特异性。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to understand the inherited characters of Ancherythroculter nigrocauda. [ Method] Using the verti- cal polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, 1 actate dehydrogenase (LDH), esterase (EST), male dehydrogenase (MDH) isozymes from six kinds of tissues (liver, kidney, heart, brain, muscle and eyes) of Ancherythroculter nigrocauda were analyzed. [ Result] LDH-B4 had the dominant expression in the heart and brain, while LDH-A4 had the dominant expression in the muscles. LDH-C was only detected in the liver. EST had higher activity in the kidney, heart and liver. There were six bands of EST in the brain and liver and five bands of EST in kidney, m-MDH showed two bands in the heart, which were the typical dimers, s-MDH was distributed in 6 kinds of tissues. [ Conclusion] The composition and activity of three kinds of isozymes were different in six kinds of tissues of Ancherythroculter nigrocauda, showing, remarkable tissue specificity.
