摘要
[目的]为更好地指导和推广异育银鲫“中科3号”的养殖提供参考.[方法]设置3个密度梯度(Ⅰ号池150万尾/hmn2、Ⅱ号池300万尾/hm2、Ⅲ号池450万尾/hm2)进行了培育对比试验,探讨不同培育密度对异育银鲫“中科3号”苗种成活率及生长效果的影响.[结果]Ⅰ试验池和Ⅱ试验池苗种的特定生长率分别为10.32%/d和10.14%/d,成活率分别为81.8%和82.6%,2个池塘差异不大,但均大于Ⅲ号试验池(特定生长率为9.42%/d,成活率为73.7%).[结论]异育银鲫“中科3号”苗种培育的适宜密度应控制在270万~330万尾/hm2.
[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide references for guiding and popularizing the breeding of Carassius auratus gibelio "Zhongke No. 3" better. [Method] Three cuhure densities (1 500 thousand fishes/hm2 in pond Ⅰ, 3 000 thousand fishes/hm2 in pond Ⅱ and 4 500 thousand fishes/hm2 in pond Ⅲ) were designed to make the comparative test. The effects of different culture densities on the survival rate and growth of Carassius auratus gibelio "Zbengke No. 3" were discussed. [ Result] The specific growth rate of seedlings in pond Ⅰ and Ⅱ were 10.32%/d and 10.14%/d respectively, and the survival rates were 81.8% and 82.6% respectively. There was no obvious difference of these indices between pond Ⅰ and pond Ⅱ, and these indices were all more than that of pond Ⅲ (with the specific growth rate of 9.42%/d and the sur- vival rate of 73.7% ). [ Conclusion] The suitable culture density of Carassius auratus gibelio "Zhongke No. 3" should be controlled between 2 700 thousand fishes/hm2 and 3300 thousand fishes/hm2.
