基于美国硅谷银行模式的我国科技银行发展思考

Research on the Technology Bank in China Based on Silicon Valley Bank Model

科技银行作为解决中小企业融资难的新途径,近年来受到了各方的广泛关注。美国硅谷银行模式的成功,表明银行可以在风险可控的范围内很好地为科技型中小企业服务。该研究对美国硅谷银行模式的独特性进行分析,结合我国科技银行的发展现状,构建适合我国的科技银行发展模式,以便更好地服务于科技型中小企业。

Technology bank as a new way of solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, recently years has been the attention of all parties. The silicon valley bank model shows that banks can control risk well to support small and mid-sized enterprise services. By analyzing the uniqueness of silicon valley bank model, combined with development status of technology bank in China, appropriate develop- ment mode for technology bank was constructed, so as to better serve technology small and medium enterprises.
