Taking Anqing Vocational and Technical College for example, through visiting brother institutions, enterprises and institutions of Suzhou, Hefei and other places, urban gardening professional development prospects, positioning of talent training, implementation opinions and specialty constructions were discussed. By perfecting the personnel training system, students＇ professional skills were improved, and the develop- ment of lo^al industry was promoted.
