摘要
阐述了高校食品质量与安全专业开设食品安全信息化监管技术实践课程的重要性及必要性。以上海理工大学为例,探索了开设食品安全信息化监管技术实践课程的性质与目的、实践教学设计及教学方法等,以期为我国高校食品质量与安全专业开设食品安全信息化监管技术课程提供一定的借鉴意义。
The necessity and significance of establishing Practice Teaching Course of Information Technology for Food Safety Supervision in Food Quality and Safety Major in colleges and universities are described. As an example, the property and purpose, teaching content and teaching methods of this course are developed in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, which can provide some reference for of- fering this course in colleges and universities.
