摘要
中华医学会眼科学分会眼免疫学组通过文献检索及专家推荐票选等方式,遴选出了我国眼免疫学领域近5年（2009至2014年）十大研究进展.这些研究主要集中于葡萄膜炎免疫学及遗传学发病机制研究,以间充质干细胞为代表的转化医学研究,眼免疫疾病的诊断或分期、疗效及预后评价等多个方面.这些研究进一步提升了我国葡萄膜炎整体研究水平,增强了我国在国际葡萄膜炎研究领域的话语权.
Top ten research items that may represent the advance of ophthalmic immunology research in China in the past 5 years were voted by specialists from the Ocular Immunology ＆amp; Uveitis Group of Chinese Ophthalmological Society.These researches were concentrated in the molecular genetics and immunology study on the pathogenesis of uveitis, translational research in uveitis, and novel methods of the diagnosis and treatment of uveitis.They represent the current level of uveitis research in China and enhance our clout in the field of international ocular immunology.
