摘要 为研究钼钛锆高温合金的单向走丝电火花线切割加工效率问题,通过25-1析因实验对影响加工效率的因素进行了筛选,得出影响显著的加工参数为脉宽、峰值电流和占空比,进而设计了三因素全因子实验并研究了显著因素对加工效率的影响。在此基础上,设计了中心复合响应曲面实验,通过实验结果拟合出加工效率的推荐公式。证实了在参数适用范围内,实际加工效率与拟合公式值吻合。此外,还分析了模型的参数适用范围及峰值电流对加工工件表面粗糙度的影响。 In order to study the processing efficiency of Titanium-zir-conium-molybdenum (TZM) by unidirectional traveling wire electrical-discharge machining (WEDM),a 25-1 fractional factorial experiment was designed to screen out the significant discharge parameters which markedly influence the experiment results. A further full factorial experiment was conducted to explore the machining performance of TZM by unidirectional traveling WEDM under different pulse durations, duty cycles and peak currents. On the basis of full-factorial experimental results,a central composite response surface experiment was designed to explore the pattern of machining efficiency, and fit the empirical formula of processing efficiency through the experiment. The verification experiment was designed to verify the accuracy of the recommended formula,and the experimental results show that the actual machining efficiency agree with the theoretical value. Furthermore, the parameters scope of the formula and the influence of peak current on surface roughness were analysed.
