摘要 脉冲电解加工相比直流电解加工可得到更高的加工精度和加工稳定性。针对目前电解加工电源的稳定性与集成性不足的问题,设计了基于可编程片上系统(SOPC)技术的脉冲电解加工电源。采用数字PI实现稳压与稳流,进而实现了电源的全数字式控制;开发了电源人机交互界面,实现了电源与电解机床控制系统的实时通信功能。通过工艺试验对该电源进行验证,结果表明,该电源具有较高的稳定性与可控性。 Compared with direct current electrochemical machining,pulse electrochemical machining (PECM) can get higher accuracy and stability, Aim at the problem of stability and integration of the electrochemical machining pulse power supply,a power supply of PECM based on SOPC technology is designed. Digital PI is used to control of voltage and current, and the full digital control of power supply is realized. The human-computer interaction interface is developed ,and the real time communication of the power supply and the machine tool control system is realized. The designed power supply is verified by the process test ,the test results show that the power supply has high stability and controllability.
