摘要 基于传统圆截面变幅杆的设计理论,利用波的纵振动方程求解倒锥形复合变幅杆的谐振频率、节点位置和放大系数等性能参数。利用WORKBENCH软件的模拟仿真功能,建立倒锥形复合变幅杆的有限元模型,对变幅杆进行包括模态和谐响应在内的动力学分析。通过分析变幅杆对称面上的等效应力云图,获得变幅杆在工作状态下应力集中的位置,为变幅杆的工艺优化提供可靠的指导,同时也为形状复杂的变截面复合变幅杆的设计和分析提供了新的方法。 Based on the design theory of the traditional circular section horn,performance parameters including the resonant frequency,node position and amplification factor of the inverted conical horn can be solved using the longitudinal vibration equation of the sonic. Finite element analysis software WORKBENCH was used to establish the composite horn finite element model,and its dynamics including modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were analyzed. By analyzing the equivalent stress cloud of the horn on the symmetry plane ,the position of stress concentration in its working condition was obtained,so reliable guidance for the process optimization of the horn was provided. And the new design and analysis methods for the complex shape of variable cross-section horn were provided.
