水玻璃中水不溶物测定过滤方法研讨

Discussion on Determination Method for Water Insolubles in Water Glass

对古氏坩埚过滤法进行水玻璃中水不溶物测定的局限性进行了分析。采用玻璃砂芯坩埚过滤法对水玻璃中水不溶物进行了测定。将2种方法的操作步骤及试验结果进行对比,发现玻璃砂芯坩埚法是一种便捷可靠的测定方法。

The paper analyzed the limitations of gooch crucible method, which was used for determining water insolubles in water glass, and then determined water insolubles in the water glass by using a glass sand core crucible. A comparison of the operation steps and test results was obtained by these two methods. The comparison results show that the glass sand core crucible method is a convenient and reliable method.
