关注持续气道正压呼吸机依从性自动跟踪系统 被引量:5

摘要 持续气道正压通气(continuous positive airway pressure,CPAP)是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructivesleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的首选治疗.然而,依从性差是困扰临床医生的主要问题之一[¨.为提高依从性,研究者从更换呼吸机工作模式、更新人机连接界面、优化气道湿化装置以及心理社会支持等方面入手进行不断探索,特别是CPAP依从性自动跟踪系统的问世使依从性客观评价成为现实.该系统提供的信息包括使用时间、漏气及残留呼吸事件、及呼吸事件发生时气道开放状态等[2-5],为CPAP应用的管理提供了强大的技术平台.美国胸科学会(ATS)组织专家委员会于2013年发表了关于自动跟踪系统专家声明[6],对临床医生及产业界均有重要指导意义.正确认识和用好这一系统目前仍面临不少挑战.
