Experimental Research of Decalcifing Augmentation Rhinoplasty with Autogenous Tooth

目的 :探索应用自体脱钙牙移植矫正鼻畸形的可能性。方法 :选择健康成年日本大白兔 2 0只 ,随机分为立即植入组 (10只 )和微脱钙后延迟植入组 (10只 ) ,将兔自体牙移植鼻部 ,半年后处死动物组织学观察。结果 :植入区无排异反应 ,无论是立即植入还是脱钙后延迟植入牙均未见吸收 ,植入物周围有少量的纤维结缔组织形成 ,植入牙下方骨组织无压迫吸收现象。结论

Objective: To explore the possibility of orthotherapy of nose malformation with implantation of decalcifing autogenous tooth. Methods: Select 20 heathy adult Japanese rabbits,divided into two groups by random;immediate implcmtated group and delayed implcmtated after decalcification,each had 10 animals.Theautogenous teech were implanted to the nose back,and the amimals were killed and histological observation was done after half a year. Results: No rejection was found in the transplant area;the transplanted teeth were not absorbed in both of the immediate implamtated group and the delayed implamtated after decalcification.There was a little fiber connective tissue formming around the implant.The bone tissue under the transplanted tooth was not compressed to absorption. Conclusion: Autogenous tooth is one of good reconstructive materials in augmenation rhinoplasty.
