摘要
利用有限元分析方法,分析了波纹角对波纹翅片散热器散热能力及阻力性能的影响,散热性能方面,得到了波纹角在一定范围内增大,可以提升波纹翅片散热器的散热能力,但随着波纹角的进一步增大,其散热性能反而下降;阻力性能方面,得到了波纹角度的微小变化对翅片的阻力性能影响较小,但阻力性能的总体趋势是随着波纹角在一定范围内增大而提升。根据分析结果,在实际设计中,应在一定范围内尽量增大波纹角以强化传热以及降低流体的压力损失,对翅片散热器波纹角的选取和改善有一定应用价值。
Using the finite element method,the influence of wavy angle on wavy fin radiator heat dissipation capability and flowing resistance are analyzed. In the respect of heating dissipation capability,when the wavy angle increases in a certain range,it can improve the heat dissipation capability of wavy fin radiator,but,when it exceeds some critical angle,the heat dissipation capability will decrease with the increasing of wavy angle. In the respect of resistance performance,the little change of wavy angle has little influence on resistance performance of wavy fin,but the overall trend of resistance performance is the flowing resistance of coolant in radiator which will increase with the increasing of the wavy angle in a certain range. According to the analysis result,in the reality design,it should do the greatest extent to amplify the wave angle within a certain range,which can strengthen heat transfer and reduce pressure loss of fluid. It has some application value on selecting and improving of wavy angle of wavy fin radiator.
