剪叉式升降台的仿真及优化设计研究 被引量:16

摘要 通过CATIA软件实现了剪叉式升降台参数化建模、装配分析和空间分析,运用Sim Designer对剪叉式升降台进行运动学仿真分析,然后建立数学模型,并利用MATLAB对剪叉机构的参数进行优化设计,并根据优化的参数进行重建模型及验证。通过对比发现优化后剪叉式升降台的性能得到了改善,验证了优化结果的合理性。整个分析方法通用性强,设计与优化过程实现了"仿真分析在设计中进行"的产品设计思想,对机械数字样机设计具有指导意义。 The scissor lifts parametric modeling,assembly analysis and space analysis were realized by using the CATIA software. Sim Designer was used to conduct kinematics simulation of the scissor lifts,and established mathematical model,then MATLAB was used to optimize parameters of scissor lifts,according to which the model was be built and verified. It is found that optimized scissor lifts performance has been improved,and that verifies the reasonableness of optimization results.Entire analytical method has strong versatility,design and optimization process make the product design idea"Simulating While Designing"come true which has guiding significance for the mechanical digital prototype design.
