摘要
运用理论解析法和替代法,对幂函数形复合变幅杆进行理论研究。通过理论推导得出超声变幅杆的振动频率、放大系数等重要参数。借助有限元分析软件ANSYS创建复合变幅杆的有限元模型,分析其振动特性,获得复合变幅杆的放大系数、振动频率等重要参数。分析比较理论值和仿真值,分析结果表明,替代法比传统设计方法简单,物理意义更加明显。同时也说明ANSYS在变幅杆设计中有很大的重要性;为以后复杂变幅杆和理论推导较困难的变幅杆的设计提供一种新的思想和方法。
By using theoretical analytical method and mechanical impedance,the power function-shaped composite horn is studied theoretically. Through theoretical calculation,the horn's vibration frequency,magnification factor and other important parameter are obtained. Finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish a composite horn finite element model,and itsvibration characteristics are analyzed by calculating the horn's vibration frequency,magnification factor and other important parameter. Analyzes and compares the theoretical values and simulation values. The results show that mechanical impedance is easier than theoretical analytical method,and the physical meaning is more obvious. It showsthe great importance of ANSYS on the design of the horn;it provides a unified idea and method for study of complicated horn and the horn which is difficult to calculate theoretically.
