摘要
为解决机器人单滚轮多道次滚边效率不高的问题,文章提出了多滚轮少道次滚边的滚边方法,并以铝合金滚边为例,通过成型仿真将该方法和传统单滚轮多道次滚边下的板件滚边效果进行了对比分析。结果表明:在应力应变上三滚轮一道次和单滚轮三道次滚边相当,但是被滚板件的波浪系数和伸缩量有所增加。通过三滚轮两道次滚边或滚轮轨迹及外板圆角半径等参数的调整,可以在提高滚边效率的同时,有望达到和传统单滚轮多道次滚边相当的板件滚边效果。
In order to solve the problem of efficiency being not high during robot roller hemming by one-roller process,it comparative analyzes stress and surface quality of one-roller and multi-roller during roller hemming simulation process. The results show that the stress-strain is equivalent about one-roller and three-roller roller hemming process,but wave coefficient and expansion amount are increasing. The problem of wave coefficient and expansion amount can be solved through adjusting three-roller-two- process roller hemming,roller trajectory,radius of outer plate fillet.
