摘要
为了提高铁道车辆的运行速度,车体承载结构成轻量化设计趋势,从而导致了车体结构刚度明显降低,垂向弯曲振动十分明显,严重影响车辆运行平稳性和乘坐的舒适性。因此,有必要对车体的垂向弯曲振动要进行有效的控制。采用压电作动器对车体振动进行控制,从而能降低车体的弹性振动。计算结果表明,车体的弹性振动得到了有效的抑制,尤其是对车体振动能量贡献最大的一阶弯曲振动,改善了乘坐的舒适度,从而证实了主动控制的合理性和优越性。
In railway operation today,there is a general trend towards increased vehicle speeds. The lightweight design of carbody reduces the structure stiffness and increases the accelerations and forces on the vehicle,which has a negative impact on the ride quality. It is necessary to pay special attention to the structure vibration and find effectively methods to control it.To save those problems,an active vibration reduction system using piezoelectric actuators is proposed. The calculation results show that the active control can effectively suppress vibration modes of the carbody,especially the first bending mode vibration and improves the riding quality. The rationality and superiority of this active control method is reflected.
