L_1-L_2 complete traumatic fracture dislocation of the lumbar spine:a case report

摘要 患者,男,35岁。因车祸致腰痛双下肢活动障碍1 h入院。患者1 h前行走时被卡车从后面撞上,致腰背部剧痛,活动受限,双侧下肢麻木,活动受限,当时无昏迷,无头部、胸腹部疼痛。既往体健。查体：血压90/60 mm Hg,心率120次/min,神志清,瞳孔等大等圆,光反射灵敏,胸廓挤压试验阴性,腹部平软,无压痛,无反跳痛,骨盆无畸形,骨盆挤压无异常活动,骨盆分离挤压试验阴性,腰背部明显肿胀,
